Hot Fix – 01/26/24 – Degraded API Response Time Resolved

Today, between 9:00 AM CST and 1:00 PM CST, we detected a performance issue with our API services. Some responses took as long as 1.5 seconds. We resolved these issues with a code deployment and are seeing response times recover.

We will continue to monitor for any anomalies throughout the day.
