ChipBot just got a major upgrade, inside and out. This release introduces a refreshed brand, new mobile app updates, and a completely rebuilt AI system designed to make ChipBot more powerful, intuitive, and connected to your business than ever before.

The new AI experience gives you full control over how ChipBot learns, thinks, and creates. This lets you train it on your data, fine-tune its tone, and instantly generate videos, message flows, or help desk content from a single place.

We’ve updated the ChipBot logo to better reflect who we are today. It’s simple, modern, and built for the next generation. It’s a small change that represents a much bigger leap forward in our vision and design philosophy.

Our latest App Store and Google Play releases bring a faster, smoother experience — including improved syncing, a refreshed interface, and full support for the new AI features introduced in this update.

• Context Page: View and edit what ChipBot knows about your business in Markdown — add custom context for better AI answers.

• Added an Edit button that links directly to message flows from the chat area — jump straight to editing without digging around.
• Fixed an issue where AI could stop responding if ChipBot wasn’t fully trained on business data.
• Added new Sandbox section to test out AI live chat within the dashboard.

• Improved sitemap handling — AI training now crawls more reliably across varied website structures.
